History:
He was lonely, so he created Mogeko Castle and all of the Mogekos that reside within it.
In Emotivity - Morality, after meeting him, Burukku and Defect Mogeko have a short battle with him; ending with him capturing Defect Mogeko.

Arrogant king type.
